What we collect
What you send in our forms (name, e-mail, company, country, trip details), account details if you register, and basic technical logs. The help assistant stores conversations for a limited period to improve the service.
Why
To reply to your requests, review and run company accounts, match trip requests with suppliers you ask us to contact, keep the platform secure, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
Trip details you ask us to send to suppliers are shared with those suppliers. We do not sell personal data. Some photographs are loaded from Wikimedia Commons, which receives your IP address when your browser loads them (no referrer is sent).
Retention
Retention periods for enquiries, accounts and assistant conversations will be set out here after legal review.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us.
